Limits of Liability
Limitation of Liability exists between NNIS and every one of its Clients.
Any Client that hires NNIS is bound by the following Limitation of Liability statement:

The Client hereby under no circumstances will hold NNIS or any of its employees or contractors liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages caused by, but not limited to gross negligence. This includes any loss of profit, income, productivity, revenue or future revenues by the Client for any consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages incurred or suffered by Client due to (but not limited to) systems downtime, loss of data, network data, and network downtime.

The Client also agrees that in no event will NNIS or its employees or contractors be liable for damages that exceed the actual price paid for a service or product related to the current job, regardless of the form of the claim.
