NNIS offers our clients the ability to utilize our support staff on a per incident rate. The rate applies to both on-site and telephone support calls. Each on-site support call requires a two (2) hour minimum charge, while each telephone call requires a minimum charge of one half (1/2) of an hour.
NNIS will schedule a time to meet you at your office. We will take the time to understand your working environment, assess your current set-up, and provide recommendations for modifications and/or improvements. NNIS will then provide you with a detailed proposal. We offer this initial proposal FREE of cost!
How do we stand above the others?
When you hire us, we will take the time to learn your specialized software so we can provide you with support and recommendations that work in your environment and for your personnel. We will install the software in our test environment (if a trial version is allowed), learn it, and even read the manuals (yes, we enjoy reading manuals!). And we do this on our dime!
Price Quotes (Prices effective as of 1/1/2023)
Onsite Time and Basic Materials:
Hardware Technician: $120.00 per hour
Network Technician: $120.00 per hour
Onsite After Hours (After 5:00 p.m.) and Holidays
Hardware Technician: $240.00 per hour
Network Technician: $240.00 per hour
Onsite calls have a 2 hour minimum.
