Your computer mouse will move around on your computer screen and you will be able to see everything we are doing.  We will explain everything we are doing while remaining on the phone with you, or via a live Chat session. Plus, YOU are able to assume control at any time.  No breach of security is possible.  At the end of the session, we will permanently remove our connection and we will be unable to reconnect, unless YOU choose to initiate a request for further service.
